What a quote is priced against

The record: how many documents come under one approved entry, and from how many systems.
The approvers: how many named people sign each entry off, and in how many teams.
The sources: a system that cannot be read has to be replaced by one that can.

If the scope is clear, you get a written quote within one business day.
If it is not, you get a short list of what we still need, not a discovery call you did not ask for.
What you submit is used only to prepare the quote, as described in our privacy policy.
