It says what we collect when you visit, what we do with it, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to stop. If your company uses the Cognatum product, the contract covers that, not this page.
Information you give us
If you request a demo or contact us, we ask for your name, work email, company, role, industry, and timeline. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information through this site.
Information collected automatically
The site uses analytics cookies to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics for this. They record pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use the details you submit to respond to you, to schedule and prepare a demo, and to keep a record of the conversation if it continues. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are handled by HubSpot, which stores them in our customer relationship system. Analytics data is processed by Google and by Vercel, which also hosts the site. Each processor acts under its own data processing terms and only on our instructions. Data may be stored and processed in the United States. Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and then for the period our legal obligations require. Aggregate analytics reporting is retained without personal identifiers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@cognatum.ai. We respond to every request and do not treat you differently for making one. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will say so plainly at the top of the policy.
